ya..the parking there are really terrible. and the road is quite small too.
somemore, pls go there n see carefully, behind this project got a small "bukit", on the top of that bukit, it already has some old condo/service apartments.

the 8 residence is under the small bukit, quite worry the land will collapse from the tops.
I have friend stayed in Sri Jati 2, and i have walked in and saw before . Behind of sri jati 2 also got that small bukit, and you see the restain wall of sri jati 2 already crooked. I heard said the bukit soil has a lot of water then cannot spread fast, so make the retain wall cannot straight more.

Dunno in few years later will same happen in 8 residence or not.

thanks man. I was told the retaining wall is tilted and protruded out due to underground pressure...it move up to several feets. So far, nothing had been done. Sri Jati 2 is indeed scary.

Frankly speaking i was once attract by this R8, but there r few thing come across my mind:
1) price per sf, RM355/sf (so, how much can i gain if i resell, the price almost hit the sky)
2) Workmanship (every1 is complaining @@)
3) credibility (mhh... a bungalow near to monsoon drain and leaking/cracking townhouse?)
4) Suddenly increase from 300k to 480k (just for fun? they can simple said/do anything just want u to make the booking)
But we never know if this R8 will be their new benchmark with high quality works. But in my humble opinion, i'm Q. smile.gif Good luck, just my 2 cent...

How much will you make for selling this so fast?

Does the developer allow such profiteering to take place?

THis speaks so much about the credential of the developer.

I have been monitor the forum for almost 1 months, it seems to be not so encouraging for R8, nevertheless, me and my wife still decided to buy.

Thank You for all informations shared on R8.

One of my friend just came back from OCR office and FYI, only balance on units at high floor (20 Flrs and above) amounting to 500K and above.

I just wonder how long more such profiteering will continue. Subsale during booking, subsale during construction, subsale before VP, Subsale after vp??? biggrin.gif biggrin.gif Some even can sell "entitlement"!!! biggrin.gif biggrin.gif rclxms.gif
