1) price per sf, RM355/sf (so, how much can i gain if i resell, the price almost hit the sky)
2) Workmanship (every1 is complaining @@)
3) credibility (mhh... a bungalow near to monsoon drain and leaking/cracking townhouse?)
4) Suddenly increase from 300k to 480k (just for fun? they can simple said/do anything just want u to make the booking)
But we never know if this R8 will be their new benchmark with high quality works. But in my humble opinion, i'm Q.
