If I manage to make them grow in water, I'll give u some... whistling.gif

btw, are they require strong light and CO2 to grow?

QUOTE(ashpitt79 @ Mar 14 2011, 12:24 AM)
Confirm Fissiden for the top group. but not sure the bottom right coz canot see clearly. Just tie it to some DW or lava rock and throw into your tank. If you dont want, I willingly would give it a try in my tank. Mahal plant you got there. drool.gif

Its not bcoz of co2 or filter.. its your light not enough. glosso hunger for light causing it grew taller.
can see your light was covered by driftwood and big fern leaves. But the glosso on front right corner is creeping low nicely.
My 3 footer fill with glosso use Dymax 36watts x 4 + DIY 36watts Philips x2 + Bigboy Mods. 36watts Philips x2 = 288watts
equal to 7.2 watts per gallon.

I get the quotation for item in this recipe. The bad news is you have to buy it in bulk and it is not cheap doh.gif .
For some items, you got to buy minimum 1kg in quantity.
The quantity will be sufficient to use for few years.

Well, you see the color of the leaves is a bit brownish right? Its actually due to a type of brown algae aka diatom growing on the surface of the leaves.
It'll affect the old leaves first and takes time to cover on the new leaves, but its definitely there.

If you put an otto in or maybe a few yamato shrimps, they'll clean it up for you and the leave color will return to bright green.
Depend on how big your tank is, 1ft or less = 1 otto or 2 yamatos, 2ft or more = 2 ottos or 5 yamatos.

It was sold to me as Java moss.. bought from EA ikano. It can turn dense following the moss tying tips from the "Little Green Corner" website.

Dear sifus,

Who amongst you in Penang (or nearby) have the most beautiful Arowana of em all? I am looking for a house/apartment with a sizable and prominent aquarium with an Arowana (preferably a Golden Arowana) for a short film project. If you have the following we are listening:

- A home which shows that the owner has worked hard to achieve this dream home for his partner. The aquarium and Arowana are the icing on the cake.
- The interior location will feature as the home for the 2 main characters.
- The shoot will be a short one (will be done within a day, just needed shots of the fish).
- Excerpt from the script:

QUOTE
Tracking back shot of ANNA marveling at the interior of the house. The GOLDEN AROWANA, swimming gracefully in a costly planted aquarium catches her glance.

I'm willing to pay a good fee just for shots of the Arowana so if you are the one, please P.M or call me. This is urgent. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

My hc and glosso arent growing that well, lack of light. Now got BGA. Thinking of rescaping and use low light plants only.

Agreed. Unless you want to do the fertilizer business.
That amount would last you for years.

You may want to try Jebo 835. It flow rate is 1000/h.
It is about rm100 if you buy from Jalan pasar, Pudu.
