flashing for my friend's wildfire.

cyanogenmod. but no htc sense.

but from the issues list i saw many are complaining about the batt life.

is it because of the overclocked HDCR kernel?

Ontopic: No, it isn't. You overclock, you consume more power. Underclock = consume less power. HDCR kernel only unlocks the multipliers, it doesn't eat battery life itself. Imagine it as a key and the overclock/underclock as the door.

aiks, i thought HDCR overclocked it too to 625mhz as the default clock? well certainly can downclock it too. but flashing to CM is the priority 1st.
