Commercial non HDA prop also can table to ban airbnb in AGM/EGM.
Example: Mercu Summer Suite, an office suite. Commercial loan property.

Hi, is there a whatsapp or telegram group, or closed facebook group for summer suites' owners please? So owners can have a platform to exchange info and especially now that strata title is ready to be transfered...

Nothing wrong with bumi lot. Just that if owner urgently need cash / sell the property, it’s very difficult to find a buyer in a short timeframe..
