any agent or anyone has info about bank valuation for this project? saw some listings on iproperty and propertyguru at around 400k - 420k for studio unit and am quite interested to enter at this price point.

Asking prices n rental here has came down A LOT. The best part is that it can fall further given the current economy, 0 Airbnb and the preference of locals not to rent in the city centre effectively wiping out the tenant pool.

I wonder with these Airbnb properties whether asking prices have reverted to completely discount short term rental and based on regular rental rates. And if so has the tide then turned to reflect a gradual reopening of borders?

My friend told me his FF studio is fetching rm1900 now.
Several other studios already got rm1800 rent pm. These are tenanted by long term tenants (not short term stay).

This is definitely better than MCO times.
