Hi, i already got the offer from CIMB bank, but is only given BLR -1.9, 30 yrs. Anyone here getting a better offer from different bank?
*
For Business suites (office), can try for BLR-2.0. Max may be BLR-2.1 if you hv many units.

yes, business suite for sure and that was why i decided not to get a unit as initially it was soho and then 2 days before the launch, it was
changed to business suite..I was not comfortable with the SA telling me that even though its business suite, one can use it for residential as well..
hah?? really??

anyway, if sunrise can indicate IN WRITING that you can use as residential either in the S&P or any other doc, then its a different story liao.

Need to rewrite this statement:-
MOST of the projects with GRR mainly becoz it is not market value...

Fairly priced projects or good projects do NOT need GRR, such as SS (dun misunderstand me, i am not promoting SS as i am not vested)...

Sorry, May i know what is GRR?

Added on February 27, 2011, 12:44 amI have signed my S&P today, and paid up the remaining of 10%.
The S&P have stated clearly it is an office lot, with details explaination on what you can't do inside the office, such as production of foods.... and etc. But she added.... sunrise is actually applying to change it to a mix development.... where we can use it for stay and office....
i did ask regarding to Tower B, she said during her briefing with sunrise.... they plan to sell it @ en-block, if no buyer... they might consider to sell it like tower A.

Added on February 27, 2011, 12:47 amOh ya..... all the unit come with a balcony.... with balcony... the space that we can occupy will become smaller.... =(
