i think for SS............if residential usage is allowed........most likely that 100% of the units will be used for residentials......with rentals expected to be approx RM5-RM6psf...........
If strict usage of ofis only, can expect RM5psf onwards for rents..........which is a reasonable rate for a office in KLCC.......... |

..........any other "ofis" u know out there that gives a nice pool n gym as well? |
