Once VT was on board............the word "premier" shouldnt be used to describe Sunrise anymore......

Anyhow when I was buying, the Sunrise staff did mentioned while there r non-bumi's whacking bumi units.........there's no guarantee that the transfer will 100% materialize. Buyer of bumi units will need to take a punt n pray for the best.....they had no problems in the past to transfer bumi to non-bumi allocation ......... so I suppose many caved n whacked the bumi units non-the less....

Anyhow, think Sunrise has got one more card to play to save the bumi lot buyers......

from the indicative pricing n size of PV................. SS looks like homerun liao.............

I generally have no preference........look at anything so long as its a good buy...... just happen to look at subsales today as IMHO there is no worthwhile undercon projects lately.............

Actually, most projects upon launch rarely has good pricing. From 2008 till now ............ except for TS ............. think there hasnt been any project that I would personally consider as having good pricing.............if fair pricing got many lah ...............


In fact even when SS was launched, there were still some quarters think its overpriced (as they were comparing it to Cendana) ..........
