Direct Owner Deal for Summersuites. Once in a lifetime opportunity.

Owner has 7 units on the same floor, looking to sell all at below market price. No individual units sale entertained.
All 7 units are held under ONE company, so just takeover the company via share transfer. No need 10% down etc etc.
All studio units, 6 units 493sft, 1 unit 480 sft.
All fully furnished currently rented to Airbnb operators at average RM2,200 pm. PS. Owner may run Airbnb himself but prefer cash at the moment.
Looking to sell all at RM3.5M. Slightly negotiable.
Owner open to flexible payment terms, for eg buyer pays in tranches over 12 or 24 months.
Free legal fees.

Last time Airbnb in kl city can do lar. Now cannot do liao... market koyak. Office also over supply.. buy liao sure Mati straight straight.

average psf is still about 1018psf. is it really under market value for such a bulk buy?

3.5mil just get return under 4.6% per annum.... not inclusive other expenses.... .

if i got that amount of cash...will save in bank...and nego with bank to get slightly higher interest ... no risk and hassle free

Updated. Not 1 unit but 2 units in lelong. Same owner. Side by side each other. Same size and same reserve price.

This post for investors who want to own asset and operate the Airbnb themselves. Hence the 7 units provide economy of scale of operation

As Airbnb operation.. It definitely provide much higher ROI.... Especially in Summer Suites.

couldn’t agree more. new building + close proximity to klcc. The newer ā€œregaliaā€. potential buyer should ask YB Tan if any of his property are being managed by superhost now. another selling factor
