From what i gathered from guru2, beside of SOHO (There's a HOME in it), all other SOVO, SOFO and etc are office..

Anyhow, who gonna stop you if you put a bed in your office and sleep in it?

I think it depends on how strong the JMB is going to enforce this rule. If majority are doing office then it may be beneficial for the rule of only office to be strictly enforced

Soho is easier to sell thn ofis.

I think in the first few ads, they market it as soho... But subsequently change it to office

From my experience UEM is very strict.
I just afraid after 9pm they will off the central air cond.. then really jialat liao

Central aircon? Sure? If like dat no more can convert to resi alreadi. But if use ceiling fan stil can. Btw, do u mind if stayin in 1 unit resi with all remainin ofis on d same floor? Or 1 unit ofis operate within all remainin resi on the same floor? Client comin to ofis and meet with pipu walkin with sleeper? Ofis and resi cant mix.

you are very lucky to keep this important piece of evidence that it says soho.
is it softcopy or hardcopy.
if memory serves, this begun as soho in their website but was retracted before the preview and 1st purchase was done.
thereafter it has begun marketing it as office liao.
still there's a cause if the first SPA signed or booking done was prior to the date of the advert you have attached.
otherwise, SPA takes precedence and purchasers went in fully well of what's stated in the SPA.
chances are, it's gonna be office.
