Run non stop till you get tired and go walking pace, or you run lets say for x mins, and then walk 1 min, and then run x mins and so on.Mine max is 1.3km before I tire out last time I tried it a month or two back. Then I started running at 1mins interval with walking. I felt much better and can run for longer distances. Right now I'm at 4mins run and 1min walking at intervals. But by the time I reach 3km, already pancit. |
