I will get more time to train. and how about egg ? if too much yolk will get high cholesterol ?

Its been discussed before man, eggs doesn't raise your cholesterol level. Some members here are eating 15-20 eggs a day with no problem.

Its funny that nobody is asking if they are going to get diabetes when they consume those milo peng, teh ais , sirap ais and oth sugary drinks meanwhile the innocent eggs being accuse for no reason for billion times.

I think it's human nature to only evalute the risks if it falls outside our normal day to day routine. Those sugared drinks they consume everyday....the health risks have been highlighted by the media but still not many are willing to change. I guess we are all built to somehow 'resist change'.

hehe its the comfort zone. XD when i cut out my sugary drinks i realize that i eventually lose some weight after tat, scary stuff.
