not first time, a lot time liao. usually reach on time, sometimes 1 week after is the latest.

so far only once my package went missing, contact asos customer care and they refund me.

damn, i also haven receive, asos told me i can ask for refund on the 8th, but i kinda want to wait a longer (hari raya holidays) probably got delay. the items i bought i really want and they no longer in stock.

ASOS will be delivered to you via POS Laju. GST and duty charge may be incurred if your order is above RM500.

received an email from M Xpress Sdn Bhd that I have to pay custom duties, handling and clearance charges of approx RM150+.
Is that normal? My orders is above RM500.

I brought something from Asos today but pay for express delivery that cost more than my items. Do they send in time but weird I didn't received any email till now....a bit scared....

Hi may i know, how long usually the ordered item will arrive in Malaysia (as of year 2018)/

My previous experience buying on Asos (a few years back) it took me months for the item to arrived.

So I would like to know has this company improved their shipping service yet?..

Recently bought 4pcs T-Shirts and it arrived before ETA. Problem is they send by normal post which will hand over to local postage in Malaysia (i assume it is PosMalaysia la) and the posman STUFF my package into my ardy small, damaged and unlock mailbox. The posman not deliver at doorstep like Poslaju.
I got a T-Shirt koyak ardy at the side probably because it hooked on the mailbox when the bladdy posman stuff it in. Luckily I check my postbox on the same day the package arrived, otherwise it may get stolen.

just purchase something RM500++ from ASOS for 1st time on aug 14 and estimated arrived on sept 6. after reading this thread now i'm scared.

was slightly annoyed that we dont get to see how many percent off is the discount so i made this chrome extension for myself cos im cheapo.
