Hi guys,

Have few questions need to be answered here about ASOS website.

How's the reliability of this site? Do they carry only authentic products? And I've heard from another fellow forumer here that ASOS is known to have missing parcels, wrong items,no refunds, as they ship our items to Malaysia. So just wanna know whether I should proceed my order with this site or not. Anyone encountered any problem while using their services? hmm.gif

Next would be how do I make payments to them? Couldn't find this information anywhere in their site (perhaps because I've not registered with them yet). Could it be through paypal or something?

Looking forward for some replies from experienced customers from ASOS rclxms.gif .

Thanks in advance guys.

Is there any total price limit that i must consider before buying from ASOS to avoid being taxed?
As i know, if the package is declared as gift, there would be no tax.
Did ASOS printed the invoice infront or enclosed it in the package?

Aih~~~~~~~ till now i havent receive anything from theM! my order was since 21/12/2010..till today..no sign of it. I emailed them and request for tracking ID but they told me that the method of shipping does not have tracking ID. I am wondering if they ship out the item or not plus i heard they always send wrong sizes for cloths or may b same design. I gotta pray hard else no cloths for cny later!

abyone here is a frequent shopper of asoz. (sorry i couldn't resist..)

You can trust the website, everything is original and both my dealings with them so far has been pleasant. Both items arrived earlier than expected.
And yes, free shipping worldwide really means free shipping worldwide.

Lololol. This qualifies as quote of the month. I concur... I pay a huge premium for courier too. I don't trust the local postal service.
