anyone have any experience requesting for refund for lost parcel? made an order for about 130pund during their boxing day sales, until now haven receive anything. email them and they ask me to wait a little while and see if the parcel arrive.

so got claim for refund?

did asos just give you back the refund? or they tell you to wait a few days more and then get back to them?

strange. i get something for about 80pound. got email about order was dispatched. but no tracking or whatsoever.

and when i click on the help(question) button at the bottom of ASOS page, i get the one on the right.

i bought from asos almost every week, but i also never get tracking before. so unlucky. so far 15 orders, but only get 9 parcel. expecting 3 more. 2 more already past due expected date.

kinda curious how they deem items that are worth tracking or items that are not worth tracking.

yeah. asos is really good because they have sale almost permanent, and they dont need troublesome identification like other sites.

example: revolveclothing/forward-forward they usually charge 2 random small charges+refund USD0.01-0.01 then u have to tell them what is the number only the proceed with the order.

pos malaysia. sometimes pos malaysia just toss the package over your gate, sometimes leave slip to go nearest pos office collect. usually 3-4 days after the given date by Asos i receive packages.

anyone got their asos ordered made during blackfriday/cybermonday already?

Also haven't come. My expected date is 17th

just checking anyone package that is suppose to arrive 20th June arrive yet? mine not yet, estimated delivery date is 20th June.

i hope can get by next week, cause then i will have to wait until after raya only will be at home liao..

not first time, a lot time liao. usually reach on time, sometimes 1 week after is the latest.

so far only once my package went missing, contact asos customer care and they refund me.

damn, i also haven receive, asos told me i can ask for refund on the 8th, but i kinda want to wait a longer (hari raya holidays) probably got delay. the items i bought i really want and they no longer in stock.
