It's poslaju guy

My orders were supposed to arrive yesterday but until now they're nowhere to be seen.

Getting a bit nervous and worried. What should I do? Any suggestions, guys?

How would you know your parcel is going to arrive yesterday? When did you ordered?

It was stated in an email from ASOS. The expected date whereby the stuff would have been delivered to my place is either on or before 5th January 2012.
By the way, I posted an inquiry about this on their Facebook wall last night and they told me I would be receiving it by the 13th instead.

I'm waiting eagerly for my ASOS parcel to arrive as well May I know if your parcel is sent to you by poslaju, or by normal pos malaysia?

I have no idea who sent it actually, coz I live in a hostel and when I went to the office on the ground floor yesterday afternoon to check it was already with the security guard, I didn't see the delivery guys. I'm assuming its the people from Poslaju.

Poslaju will send item that doesn't require signature too?

I'm not sure bro, sorry. When was your order dispatched? Mine took 2 weeks. Because I ordered it during the festive period, so that's why it was a little longer than usual. I've just made another order yesterday. Expected to arrive next week.

Wait for around three more days. Cause when the stuff arrives in KLIA, the Customs will tahan it for three days or so. That's what I heard. Good luck dude. Don't worry too much aite.

Just received my second order on Thursday. Really efficient. The packaging and everything was top quality too. I wonder how they get the profit from doing all these free shipping worldwide. I'm not complaining though, haha.

Posted to their FB wall to ask and got a reply from them 2 minutes afterwards that I should wait till 25th for the item or they will refund me back / send a replacement for me if it still never arrive..

Although their delivery schedule is a bit off, they have really efficient Customer Service, I give you that.

My package finally arrived after the delay of 7 working days! But I'm still very happy because the item I got is really of top quality and yup, I can confirm the package is sent by poslaju.

Definitely gonna order more from them.. during their next big sale

Seems the conclusion is that ordering from ASOS is a hit & miss thing. That's the reason I'm very hesitant buying from them... i can do without the headache.

All my parcels have arrived safely so far. 100% success for me. Anyway, this thread is more like anxious buyers waiting for their Asos shipment instead of Asos. When you no longer hear anything from these one off posters you can assume that they have received the items.

Just fyi, all my ASOS packages (around 6-7 already) will usually be stuffed into the mail box unless it doesn't fit. No other online purchases I dealt with comes that way. I wonder what ASOS's instructions are?

All my shirts and tops arrive in my dusty mailbox all the time. Perhaps you guys should check your mailboxes

bro, are you sure your parcel was sent by pos laju? as far as i concern, all asos packages will be delivered by pos malaysia as normal post (to be dropped into the mail box) and no signature required. Pos Malaysia is different from Pos Laju oh..
