oh one thing, how's Asos quality compare to Zara and topman? is it the same?

just ordered 2 pairs of espadrilles yesterday online. now still in order processing. hopefully will receive it on time instead of losing parcel.

ahhh. My jeans supposed to arrive on 5/9 but then it did not. so they asked me to wait until 16/9 but it's not arrived yet!!!

ASOS's realiability seems to be 50/50... one reason i dont feel liek buying form them...

gosh i already ordered 2 shoes from them. haiyaa hopefully everything is okay...

They are responsible and reliable but their shipping is a hassle unless you opt for express delivery.

what bout taxes? any charge? planning get some shoes from them. the malaysian shop of this certain brand is extremely out of season.

thats the special thing about asos, they give you free international delivery, except you have to bear the risk whether the package will reach u or not.

Anyone knows what courier they use to ship the items to our house ?

they used to ship using DPD..but they just changed it to Royal Mail recently..

Will they leave a note to collect it just like poslaju?

Or they will throw into the house straight?

Sorry for asking so much cause my previous item didnt reach me

my order shipped out on the 5 of august, did not arrive.
So i email them, and they shipped out again on the 30 of August.
And again i have not received my parcel, so they shipped out the 3 times 2 days ago..

lol this is my 3 times buying from asos, first 2 times was flawless

i think its mostly due to our local postal service (poslaju/pos malaysia). bcos im at australia, and have ordered from both asos UK and asos AU, the delivery service is flawless. comes about one week after i ordered it online. and im really glad about the free delivery. that way i dont feel the urge to buy more. buy one by one would be fine too.

on my 11th day now
my previous 3 was ok n arrived around 8 days
monday if i met the postman ill give him a piece of my mind

on my 3rd day now waiting for my yellow hoodies ><

I've been waiting for my shoes for 5 months already.
And my accessories for 3 months.

They reshipped and still they haven't arrived.

Yeah. ASOS Australia is here. But ffs, that's only for them to source the Aussie brands. I think I read somewhere, any orders you send in are still processed and taken from the UK warehouse.

Anyway, what someone said was right. I've ordered 4-5 times from ASOS in Australia and all is well. They said 14 days but it usually arrives in 5-7 days. Free shipping within a week = you cannot complain..

I think Malaysia's local customs or poslaju is stuffing it up. That's what's happening to the lost mail.
