Person A: rushed to soft launch, heard so many promise, decided to pay booking 10k in Jan'2011, every month see no progress, S&P not signed summore, the dream of flip atas angin suddenly gone

Person B: booked and sign S&P in Dec'2011, every time lalu, seemed no progress, or slow pace, became kan cheong a bit

Me: booked in Apr'2011, signed S&P in May'2011, at one shot go and take photos, wahhhh, progress as per plan esp for late buyer like me

Can you see it now?

They offer me the studio unit RM394155 after 5% discount@ 7 floor..do u think still value 2 buy as I will be a late late buyer.

i think the 5% discount is been there from the soft launch . Correct me if i a wrong

Any1 can tell me the initial price last year? how per cent already mark up now?

Last year? I booked mine last month. Hehe.

Mine is floor 13A for 397k. I recalled it increased by 1k if you go up one floor. If I do a quick math, floor 7 shud be 397k - 7k = 390k. 

Edit: oh, I think floor 7 comes with a private garden of additional 50-100sqft where they put grass or small landscape, no wonder it's a bit more expensive.

Now i remember the garden landscape option. No need to call developer to ask.

P/S: how come this thread being hijacked about mont Kiara? No offense yaaa, i also bought a small apt 5 mins walking distance to Pavilion for 400k and I don't find the need to brag about it here, coz here is Eve Suite, 400k is relative, semenyih can also get 400k banglo

Many comments and feedback received pertaining to the progress of Evesuite . But the attendance confirming to the proposed meeting with the developer only 5 purchasers. .

Can we get more people to join this dialogue meeting ?? I will call Big house ( Their sales agent ) and developer confirming this meeting once we get the quorum ( at Least 20 purchasers)

I have lodge my complaint to her 3 months ago over the slow in progress and others issues ( i will share with you once we meet as this may need a calculator) . Normally my style of dealing is prefer to speak to the person that can make decision and calling. Otherwise ' Wasting times " . Hi guys out there !! awaiting for you to fit in the list ...
