I'll try to create album for photos that I took over the period. Mobile can only upload 1 photo at a time, which is kinda sucks.

Visited Eve sales office today to pay my 2nd 10% progress.

- CBD has taken over from BigHouse. I asked why, he said SMLand would like the newly appointed sales agent to push for 100% sales on remainder 20-30 units
- These 20-30 units are expensive. Something like 480k to 520k. I took a blurry snapshot of the chart and posted it on FB. Check it out.
- These 'expensive' units supposedly come with DIBS as a sweetener. Perhaps the idea came from CBD guys. Most of us here bought without DIBS but at much cheaper price (in my case, about 150k cheaper? LOL)
- Those I mention above are for studio units. Didn't see much of 2-bedroom but a glancing look indicate a unit still available at 670k. Pretty close to the top-floor studio at 520k eh?
- Progress looks good. I get close from the ground entrance. Photos are in FB too. Can't upload photos from iPad to LYN. Hmmm.

Thank you for your update . But negligence to understand the instruction of MPSJ will not be an excuse @ the expense of  owners. ( Delay)

Bearing in mind that MPSJ will never give VERBAL instruction but instead a "Written Warning Notice" stipulated clearly their instruction.

I failed to believe that " they thought that they could not work AT ALL... so the gates were closed and no contractors were working then

and that was a very FOOLISH explanation and  action . Wonder how many days they closed and i believe this they will put into owners account.
They as a  developer should understand and the action they took is a " STOP WORK NOTICE" and this will be given only when site occur a Major and Fatal accident Like Recent Penang Second Bridge Incident.

This project has been repeatedly delay and till now i would say the progress stage is only 30 to 35 % ( total of 8 floors include car park divided 25 floors) with remaining 1 1/2 years to go .... I strongly believed that there are things the developer not convenient or reluctant to review.

Strangely , i still notice that the " Damen " Next to summit still working after 7 pm last week  . They as  well fall under jurisdiction of MPSJ
