Thank you bro John, developer willing to have a session with purchaser, good sight and hopefully they can brief their current progress and what expected to see for next 6 months. Then everyone here dont need to keep saying already launch since 2010 but still piling or ground works.

In directly, actually contractor did some work. Just most of the purchaser are not in civil line which think by now should see more thing. I believe by end of the year everyone should be able to see the structure is up maybe up to level 3 or 4. That my forecast only because lower floor is quite big foot print. So take more time. After they reach typical floor, it should be very fast.

U make the right choice. Scott soho at old klang road , kl address start selling in 2010 only rm 500 psf - free hold with tesco, 40 to 50 % completed. Eve suites start selling at 2010 rm500psf too, lease hold luckily with its steam bath at pj.

Cabut, need to check with bank see what is the penalty. Losses may 30k or lesser. If dun cabut and stay till the end, take a gamble.

If u win, completed, u will struggle to rent to compete with 600 plus eve units and all the surrounding low rental units. The max rental u can fetch 1500. If can't fetch or empty will be struggle to pay installment and management fees of 2 k per mont x 6 months at least. If all hard to rent, owner won't pay management fees, eve will be a run down unit.

If u loss, abandoned, u will loss base on what stage of the claim, basically should be more than 30k.

If I were u, first I won't buy. If I bought ,I will not gamble in eve. The risk against gain is higher.

I think havent check with bank i oledi lose more than 30k. 5% downpayment. Plus lawyer fee. Anyway, i plan to fully settle on 2017 or 2018. Maybe starting im losing. Long run, should be win. Anyway, just personal view. It also quite close to paradigm and another mall beside the subang airport road one. Just prepare the money to pay lo. I oledi win at least im invest about 400k instead of my initial planning to buy prima setapak II or 228 or icon city or kl eco city.

Again...in the meeting ppl say the pile cap will only completed on august. Pls be patient. U cannot say one week want to see structure at level 3. Be reasonable. Thank you.

Dont keep repeated piling since 1.5 years ago. Please proof they take 1.5 years to complete the piling. Please talk in actual fact.

Part of slab already cast. Part is preparing to cast. Such a big area. It will take abour a month time. May be soon you will be able to see part of the column is up. Depend on contractor sequence. No worry...

Thanks. Can see column starter bar and column bar is up. Soon you see the column. Soon contractor also can claim part by part for completion of pile cap and base slab. I think start from the two bedroom unit and also studio close to lrt station. They are moving from right and left.

Now you can see column is cast. Dont keep saying it is only pile and pilecap. Now you can see the slab cast also.
