This eve suite is under construction as long as developer able to deliver is good enough , why should everyone bother how they build the thing. If everyone so good and expert in building, already working for the developer oh...

Dun worry be happy, hope for the best and on time delivery is good enough.

This project is in trouble lah!!! Not moving at all why still so calm....compared to other projects especially Pacific Place and ParkLane already see big different. This project do not have any piling yet, not much digging yet somemore workers like 10 - 20...ask those who believe is working...can work or not....impossible lah!! No Engineer, no Architech no Site Agent on site just only Indon can run the project???

Election is coming, Bersih is coming, anything goes wrong mean this project goes wrong...why...political related to projects and money!!

Why like the zest? What happened to the zest? Lrt to unleash full potential? By the time lrt completed, everywhere is having lrt, even puchong and bukit jalil, whats the different of eve having lrt more stand out?

Ic ic. Are u from kl or outstation? A lot of people coming from outstation and just buy buy buy. Lrt should be ready in 2015 if everything goes smoothly.
My friend zest only max 1.5 k rental, consider good at that area. If buying 450k mean installment is about 2.3 k including management fees. Local salary level, I do not think able to pay this rental and support the rental growth but once there are more condo release into the market, the rental will stabilize but not up up up.
No need to mention about other condo, crimson right next to eve is fetching rental of max 1.5k for 3 rooms unit. Eve competition is huge at that area.

Mean those who earn more than 5k only think about eve if without commitment on car and family.

Nowadays loan hardly approved which is based on net income. Mean ur bring home pay minus all expenses inclusive of car loan, housing loan, credit cards debt. Once net income, loan will be approved by different based on different bank. Example cimb give u 60% loan based on your net income. If u earn 5000, bring home pay is 4000, net income minus car loan 1000 will be 3000. 60% of 3k will be 1800. If the loan u applied with monthly installment of 2k, u hardly get the loan approved even u with 5k salary.
