Wait is the word since beginninging of this year of the first meeting and everyone said should be reaching xx level while year end. Now, whag is the progress? Excuses again from developer because of contractor. Buyer dealing with contractor or developer? Buyer should say 'contractor is non of my problem', developer must make sure project go through smooth.

If excuses given again by year end which still not moving, what are buyers going to do? Wait again and see? Is housing act able to help? Redha? Act fast before too late, 3 yrs later still, 2016, still wait and see....

Reason is, the person own certain amount of share in the company but his own asset and cash are not related to the company. If company go bankrupt, all buyers can complain and take action against the company but not the owner.

Manage the developer is the keyword to all users now.

Ya, I think the project management very bad. If i am the developer I wont let the project have a timeframe where no worker on the site, it looks ugly.

Push and pressure the developer harder or else go complain with the ministry or redha. Dont listen too much on soft words and sure can complete. Even sure can complete, push the developer harder also nothing to loose but will make sure they really work. U all buyers are the developer bosses, u all paid for the project, your hard earn cash is in developer hands. If u all dun fight for it, no one can help.

Sorry but i need to mention again and again and again...eve suites started sell in 2010 and now is 2012! Definately there is something wrong and something not right. Think carefully, if everything go smoothly , like other projects, sold off earlier and start constructing during the same yr. Zenith sold in 2010 and completion end this year. Scott soho sold in 2010 and completion march 2013.

Pls do something to yourself, to protect your 'blood sweat money' before is too late. Demand for the reason and schedule .

This time, the reason by developer will be: aiyah, u all be patient lah. Our chairman dato is super rich and will not runaway with this small amount of money lah. He even cant buy his breakfast. These days no workers because raining not other reason lah. U all think construction workers work under the rain ah.

I know why no workers on site and why delay.....the main reason is, which i just received a call today, the person told me that:

New York City kena Sandy hurricane!! New York Chic all affected! Pls run!

zenith is next to paradigm, walking distance. sold in end 2010 about 300k plus only. i like this condo very much and recoil got few there!!

Yaloh...quite quiet over here lately.

Loan will be tightened again soon as i heard from banker. I believe subsale property is getting harder to sell as the up front cash is higher especially property at not too famous area. New property if with good package, i believe still ok for the public to purchase.

2013 should be stagnant year , mean price maintain and will not up easily. Correction......not too sure but those units selling at 600k and above might be having little correction. Property selling below 600k or 500k still able to sustain.

The above just my personal view oh...

All buyers need to really work harder to pressure the developers n have regular meeting. Dun play play, seem like super slow..changing main con again?? Change change change become stop?

Scott soho few units i bought in 2010 already completed and rented out. Somethng is really wrong with eve. Must really check.

Consider lucky if can be completed or completed in time.

Rent..crimson n ria highest rental for 3 rooms is rm1600. So u can use this as benchmark for rent. Crimson n ria sold the best price should be around 400k+ for 3 rooms unit, u can use this as benchmark as well.

Was at crimson settling something, never been there since 9 months ago. Saw eve progress, quite ok. Hopefully buyers can collect key on time. How long to go? How many % now?
