Hello bunny lovers, it's been such a long time since I last logged in here. Most people spending more time communicating via facebook groups these days. I remember very clearly that LYN was the starting point for most of us in this hobby. Please observe thread rules here. If I am not wrong, you should start your own FOR SALE threads in https://forum.lowyat.net/PetStore instead of posting your sale here. Hope you are all enjoying yourselves! A list of recommended Vets have been included on the 1st page of this thread. The leg looks normal to me. I wouldn't worry unless it has sores, fractured or broken. Also, you should know that bathing is a very stressful ordeal for rabbits. They are very clean animals and do not need to take bath unless absolutely necessary. QUOTE(Geenic @ Dec 20 2013, 12:32 PM) hello guys. i just bought a 4 month old holland lop few days ago, i found out that one of her back leg is bigger than the another one. is this a symptom of some diseases? and also today her poop is very sticky and alot. where can i bring her to check ? im located in kajang. picture uploaded. taken when bathing [attachmentid=3777840][attachmentid=3777841]

Yo Gee, Female rabbits (doe) are induced ovulators, meaning that they release eggs during the act of intercourse. Effectively, they do not have "cycles" per say. Mixing different breeds together is fine as long as they don't break out in fights. Usually the matured rabbits (above 6months) are territorial and dominant (sexual aggression) so you have to be very careful. A matured buck (male rabbit) may harass other younger rabbits and that may cause too much stress on the younger ones. Hope I answer your questions. Cheers! QUOTE(~Battousai~ @ Mar 21 2014, 03:48 AM) guys wanna ask do u guys have different breeds in the same play area ? and with different ages.. what if they mixed up eating the different hays ? how to know if the female is during fertile period so can seperate ?

I think what he/she meant was that pet animals have lost a lot of their wild instinct and no longer able to survive in the wild. It is quite simple actually. Imagine an animal that no longer needs to find food because being a pet, it is being fed most of the time. Perhaps it will take them longer to adjust to life in the wild. That's if they do not fall prey to feral dogs/cats and anything in between. In short, they will not survive in the wild. QUOTE(hitsugayat10 @ Jun 7 2014, 10:14 PM) If I go by ur first sentence, every single pets tat we hav nowadays r from d wild b4 they r domesticated la
