QUOTE(daze @ Dec 8 2010, 09:51 AM) cause it's not "N" Wow very nice pics there, love the last one especially. Reminds me of Half-life 2 but it can deliver nice picture if the lighting are great. some picture from 80-200mm in different occasion of course with minor PP. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

QUOTE(celciuz @ Dec 8 2010, 07:13 PM) ^ My Nikon MB-D80 also showing signs of wear out. The rubber piece peeling from middle part, I think that area got hole for screw. Same here, now rubber on the grip and body starting to peel already. Thinking of sending for service next year, hopefully doesnt cost that much That day sent my 18-105mm for service and rubber grip replacement cost me RM550 |

QUOTE(Bliz @ Dec 8 2010, 09:29 PM) 550? OMG, i rather get a 2nd hand 18-105 for only RM 200 extra, some are selling their very nice condition from D90 kit.. I myself sold one very mint condition for RM750 only last time Haha was actually thinking of selling it off at first but deep down feels like not good la if selling stuff to other people knowing that there's something wrong that's why just fix it QUOTE(celciuz @ Dec 8 2010, 09:31 PM) Not sure what happen though, used the lens 1+ years and suddenly feels like the lens have some focusing issues. Sent for service at Nikon BTS then they call back said have to replace the 3rd and 4th glass element |

Probably can i think, just depends on you willing to wanna pay or not i guess
They will quote you the price first before doing any repair work (usually after a few days you sent it in) |

Better do, more expensive lens sure cost more to get it repairs. Now cleaning service for body also depends on the range right? D5000 below different price, D90 to D300s and so on iirc

Ummm...i think you need a neutral density filter (ND) to solve the overexposed sky but then i could be wrong since i dont really know much about landscape photography
