btw, speedmod kernal is different from lagfix?can brick the phone ? blur T.T

I don't use GPS much on my phone, so I dunno if k10h has gps issue or not. For speedmod kernel, if you want stable, you can consider the k9a version since it has the 'stable' label.

Added on December 6, 2010, 2:56 amSpeedmod kernel is not a lagfix, per se. The kernel package comes with clockworkmod, root capability, lagfix option, tweaks and other extras. After installing the kernel, you should boot into recovery mode to enable/disable things as you like.

Anything you install on the phone can potentially brick it. So far, I've not had any problems with speedmod kernel. What is 'blur T.T'?

owh.. now im on stock eclair.. i want to flsh to xxjpo n speedmod kernel.. which 1 do i need to flash 1st.. da rom or kernel?? nooby here..

You need to spend some time on research, for one thing. Be careful when playing around with firmwares and kernels.

Firmware first, boot up and confirm all is ok, then apply kernel.

try do a factory reset (wipe system,data and cache) .... then see if it lags, sometimes it lags coz some apps or files r build for eclair rather than froyo so the phone needs more time to process and convert it ... just my theory coz after i did a factory reset, everything went smooth but of course not as smooth as after applying speedmod kernel

@kenny79, i dont think anyone here is still using eclair 2.1, there might be a few though but most of us r on Froyo with either the official or cooked rom ...

ken, i just checked the speedmod download page ... y is there 2 versions of k10h? the one with Default Color, the added blue color thing ... that thread on xda is seriously too long to trace ... haha

the one with default colour is normal one ... the one tat add blue its becoz some ppl , their amoLED screen will be a bit yellowish .. so added some blue into it to make it more white ..

Erm, I'm currently on K10f. The auto rotation bug is fixed.

I remembered K10e is the one with the bug.

I'm still uncertain whether to upgrade to K10h or not
