Backup. It does not hurt to have multiple backups anyway. You can delete later.

Why I can't download apk file by using the stock broswer? It says cannot download. The content is not supported by the phone. Got anyway to fix this?

few questions i would like to ask before i flash my phone to 2.2

i'm still thinking to flash it to custom rom or stock 2.2, if i want to flash to stock 2.2, some forummer said i need to flash my kernal back to stock kernal, may i know how do i flash my kernal back to stock kernal?(i'm using voodoo lagfix by the way)

if i were to use doc's rom, does it contain chinese language?

the apk can be install if i transfer from my pc. I just cant download apk from the web using the stock broswer. It can be done when using elcair.

Just notice the scientific calculator doesnt work wth speedmod kernel. I tilt it to landscape but it doesnt work. Anyone can confirm this?

Sry for the noob question...is there a lagfix contain within the speedmod kernel? If it is how do I enable it? Do i nid to backup 1st or anything?

Me too. I oso want to know the procedure to flash back to stock kernel.

1. first you must disable voodoo lagfix.. go to /sdcard/voodoo/ and create a folder or file named disable lagfix, reboot the phone and you will hear voice confirmation that it is disable
2. after that can just flash the new firmware..thats what i did anyway.. be sure to backup all your stuff

DDJP6 is slim version like u getting stripped. JPA/JPO and JP8 are not stripped though. either one can do, I suggest JPA/JPO/JP8. modem u might want to try JPP. and NO, no chinese language

hi there, i have already applied the 4 tweaks in CWM of the speedmod k9a. if i flash it to the latest k10i, do i need to reapply the tweaks again? btw, can the sifus guide me how to do a proper discharge of the SGS as i need to full charge it n do the battery calibration. thanks
