However, I will not have any confidence with MCMC until I see everyone's problem (not only mine) solved.

QUOTE(ccmasia @ Dec 4 2010, 09:28 PM) Hi friends, first of all I am not in anyway affiliated with TMNet. I feel that most of the forumer's posting in this section is complaining about capping. Does anyone knows how TM cap users? Forgive me if I'm wrong but on one end some forumers wanted speeds for P2P while on the other end HTTP downloads. It seemes that it's a fact of life there can never be best of both worlds. Try an experiment. Connect 2 PC's with a router. One PC use P2P & the other IDM. Then you will understand. P2P opens tons of connection to the net causing excessive load to the net so the other PC's tends to slow down drastically. Our registered BB is sharing based not dedicated so if a few guys P2P & takes most of the bandwidth so what do you think the rest of the users will experience??? on the same node. All downloadings are dependent on both side. The uploaders & downloaders. Could it be the uploader server bandwidth exceeded? Try closing down all downloading of P2P's then reset your modem, make sure that only one PC is connected, Router WiFi disabled, shutdown your antivirus & firewalls then try and download a huge file from any US servers & see if you have speeds. If still there is no speed try rebooting with Safe Mode Lan enable mode. Lots of our pc's are slowed down due to spyware/adwares also a lot our WiFi is being used by intruders (meaning hacked). First of all, welcome to this forum.Nevertheless, Unlimited in TM Contract means unlimited access not unlimited downloading & TM attempts to grant all users at least 70% of subscribed bandwidth from user to TM end only. Refer to any ISP contracts, then you probably won't complain. This thread is not for TM Defender. If you want to defend for TM, Shut the F*ck Up and Get The F*ck Out. Your reply to this thread not only seems like defend for TM, but also seems like all the statements come from TM. You stated the followings: 1. P2P application consume bandwidth. 2. The bandwidth of Slowmyx is shared. 3. P2P application may cause slow down. 4. Download speeds depends on client and server. 5. Some rubbish ways to troubleshoot. You think we are 3 years old children is it? You think we don't know all these is it? We all know these at least 1000000000000000 times more than you. We no need any lecture from you. You think you are computer professional is it? Based on your post, I can judge that even a 3 years old child has more computer knowledge than you. You think we all use P2P is it I did not use P2P but my speed was capped like the world is ending. COME EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THIS HAPPEN. Do you know LEDs on the modem/router and network monitoring software like Wireshark can tell us if someone if using our internet? "Lots of our pc's are slowed down due to spyware/adwares". Don't you know there is an operating system called LINUX? Don't you know LINUX is virus free and spyware free? Ignorant. You think we don't know our wifi can be hacked is it? You think all of us are computer noob is it? Want to cheat on us is it?What an ignorant person who think his/her computer knowledge is more than us. Go f*ck yourself. |

I suggest TS Reuben add the following to your first post or change your description to the following:
"ISP defender should GET OUT OF THIS THREAD, you are not welcomed". |

QUOTE(Chromax8 @ Dec 5 2010, 12:23 AM) Why bother giving this fella another round of courtesy call?... I was polite when I replied to his/her first post but he/her was ignorant enough! I gave another reply for his/her second post and I don't think he/her understands English very well?! So let's not feed that idiotic troll anymore, just ignore whatever post that from him/her in the future. Dealing with TM Defend Force member like ccmasia no need to be polite. |

So many people facing capped internet connection, but I am surprised that TM's name does not appear in NCCC's website (http://www.nccc.org.my) first page. However, soon I will make TM's name appear on NCCC's website.

Excuses again and again. Not enough? I wonder how many excuses they still want to give?
I really wish to tell our Minister of Information, Communication & Culture, this: "你这个资讯、通讯、及文化部长是怎么当的?不会当就给我滚" / "Look at how you run your responsibility as Minister of Information, Communication & Culture. If you don't know how to run the responsibility, go GTFO.". Sorry for my bad translation to English, as I have no idea of an better translation. |
