after root unrecoked can all apps save to sd card ?

rooting only allow you to have total control of your phone, it does not mean automatically means you will have app2SD,
it depends on the ROM you're on, most Android 2.2 Froyo ROM will have app2SD,
and even if you have app2SD, it doesn't mean everything will be saved to SD card,
there are still things that needs to be saved into the internal ROM, such as small part of an app, widgets, system files, etc.

im on 2.2 can i root my android n still stay on 2.2 ?

is it the same w stock message software ?
bcoz mine message option only got - call , open contact , forward , message details , delete , copy to sims and lock message . or did i missed something ?

yes, you will stay with the same ROM as long as you did not flash any other ROM

there are plenty of ROM out there, best ROM depends on your personal taste
if you're new, try LeeDroid, AuraxTSense first, since they're sense ROM they don't differ much from the stock ROM

with custom roms,you have better performance,internal memory space and battery life...never regret flashing custom rom...good way to learn about your device...

this is all up to you, but IMHO stock ROM isn't that nice,
if you prefer stock ROM, try flashing AuraxTSense, I think you'll like it
or better yet, try ReflexTSense, its Sense HD ROM from AuraxTSense developer, Neophyte
