Another question, I tried to install Auraxtsense 813 but after the reboot i get stuck on the X animation for very long time. I tried to remove the battery and restart but when it goes to initial settings, it will hang at loading. Anyone got any ideas?

No, you must have same version if you want to unroot. Check your version under about phone, then find that version at shiprom. Above quote version is 2.29.405.2 and this is not asia version unless you have goldcard to unroot back.

i'm not advise to install it. because you need to uninstall back if you want to root again. just run the RUU, when it come to first screen, go to start->run, type %temp%. try to search newest folder created and find file rom.zip. if you manage to find rom.zip, put into your dekstop first (because this file will be auto delete once you cancle running RUU) and rename it to PB99IMG.zip. then put into your root sdcard. then go to bootloader mode, if you notice on bootloader, it will auto find file PB99IMG.zip. after bootloader read this file, it will ask whether to update or not. if you select yes, then the update will run and your set will become unroot back. if you got message CID error, meaning the RUU is not meant for your system. try to find another RUU. As I said earlier, it must have same version inside ship rom. or you can change your current version to newer version if you have gold card. please take note that version start with 1.*.*.* are for amoled set and start with 2.*.*.* for both set.

you can check your current version by doing below.

start your set by press back and power, this will bring you to fastboot mode

by using sdk tool and using command prompt (must be running from folder that contain fastboot.exe), type fastboot getvar all

it will display all info, there you can see your version.

anyone on Amon-Ra recovery managed to flash the latest AuraxTSense 8.1.4? Mine after flashed multiple times will stay forever in the HTC logo. hv to restore back to 8.0.

let me share something new that I've discovered yesterday when flashing the latest AuraxTSense 8.14,
when flashing a new ROM, naturally I will cook a new theme from UOT Kitchen
there's this new "windows UI animation" section where it changes the transition animation of windows,
it makes the UI feels fresh again which is cool,
here's a video showing one of the animation choices that I'm currently using, "Fly"


there are another 3 choices, "Bounce", "Flip", and "Fold,
I've tried flashing flip and fold animation, but failed to make it work on my phone,
after flashing everything seems fine, except the animation is not showing
so I've gave up and stick with fly animation, which is still visually stunning

i just flashed my Desire with Super Villain 1.0
But it seems like I can't use the 3G network
Some guide pls?
