biggrin.gif I damn like hardmat now because I can swipe faster rclxm9.gif

I try back to my goliathus speed I can't used to the friction now sweat.gif

* i just found solution in order not to get the feet worn faster,
while surfing and do other stuff i use cloth mat, gaming i use scarab biggrin.gif

Any reviews on the ironclad and scarab? Thinking of getting either one. Any lyners? I know can google the reviews and what not, but i need feedback from users. Like , how you feel the mat (ironclad / scarab) etc etc. Many thanks. =)

I've collected back the problematic Razer Deathadder 1800 DPI which I posted almost 3 months back in this thread regarding the double click issue and also the middle click issue. After 3 months of waiting and I've told to collect back from the shop (this also I've to call the shop personally to ask for the status).

Guess what happen?

The thundermatch guy told me that the service technician say my mouse no problem at all hence sent it back to Thundermatch. I say what bullshit is this if no problem why you need to hold my mouse for 3 months and tell me that you guys (Ban Leong ppl) are actually looking for a replacement model for me. In the end you say no problem which is utter bullshit because

I tested on the spot... double click issue persist and middle click button is not functioning!!! I seriously wonder what SERVICE TECHNICIAN BAN LEONG HIRED???

I post this issue here in this thread because I know there is Ban Leong people who are actually aware of the post here and please if you see this do contact me thru PM and tell me how should I deal with my problem now?


I don't think there is any customer would enjoy waiting for 3 months and ended up getting nothing solve. I don't even want to mention the time and money spend for traveling.

Super pissed.

P/S: I came back home and tested the mouse again and all the problem still persist.. Gosh!

The seriously need to get their service right.

1. First they ask me to take back to the shop when I check and realize I can actually take the mouse directly back to them which is Ban Leong
2. 2ndly they told me that my mouse is not under warranty only because it is only 1 year warranty. I rebuke them back as all the while Razer mouse is cover with 2 years warranty.
3. Promise that they are actually looking for replacement model will take some time.
4. Waited 3 months and went back to collect and the thundermatch guy told me the Ban Leong technician said is tested OK !! it is written big big in the receipt/invoice that it says TESTED OKAY when is not OKAY AT ALL!
5. Thundermatch people are innocent as they also are just the middle person that are responsible to send my mouse back and still remember one of the guy say why Ban Leong don't ask you to send back to them directly initially. Now with all the hassle and 3 months wasted with nothing done I need to send my mouse back to Ban Leong again myself.

i wonder if the mouse even made it back to ban leong...or if the thundermatch guy just simply write OK and pass it back to u...

woah.. that's some really messed up after-sales-service..
Like mentioned by Everdying..better check if they even passed it to Ban Leong or they just pretend.
For the record, Thundermatch in JB gives good service, but I dunno about Thundermatch KL

Yes... partially red..Ban Leong Company name is printed in red with their logo in red too

I won't say their service is good because as usual I think the mouse already arrive back in their store 1 - 2 weeks back but they don't bother contacting me to inform me about it as I can see in the Ban Leong service receipt that it is actually issued on 8th of March. I'm pretty sure the mouse actually reach Ban Leong unless this whole service receipt that I'm having is fake?

The thundermatch guy told me that they won't charge me any service fee because there is nothing that is fix and very sorry for it because they really just collect it accordingly from Ban Leong people and the technician approved that it is tested okay as written in the Service Receipt. doh.gif

Thundermatch people are speechless too when I test the mouse right in front of them and show them what the Ban Leong technician claimed "TESTED OK". All he say is ask me to take back to Ban Leong myself and deal directly with them. Now who going to give me back my petrol/parking & my 3 months?

Whats your actual use ?

It's portable , but when it's comes to gaming on a normal pc or cd player , the sound tends to break up...
So it's only suitable for laptops , psp , mp3 and such

If you're looking forward to use it as your main multimedia speakers then I would suggest you to consider other speakers. However if you would want it to replace your laptop speakers or for portability use (such as using it to connect to a mobile device like a mp3 player) then yes the Razer Ferox will be a good companion. biggrin.gif

Boss, I already have Razer Mako 2.1 but that device I use it as my movie surround system. Now seek for laptop simple sound system. I started to fall in love with Razer since I got Razer Mako 2.1. It really blow my mind into pieces cry.gif

Now thinking getting the Razer Ferox but heard lots of negative comment about it.

How true is this

The Mako is a true 2.1 multimedia speakers, you can't expect much from Ferox if you want to compare it with multimedia speakers.
