Chelsea want Steven Taylor for 9 million pounds? Take it..sell him and give CH the money to get in some great signings again..Tiote..Ben Arfa, Williamson are all great signing with limited budget by CH..hope we do get some decent cahs if we do sell Taylor

S.Taylor is too fat for us... 9 mil? that's a nice price.
remember how much Tiote, Williamson cost to us? smile.gif

then start scouting bargain players with that money in this january.

but i think CH not interested with the next transfer market.
i want to see Carrol partnership with other strikers beside Ameoba this sunday.

i think we should hold on to Saylor, he's one of our best CBs and can cover at RB if neccessary, as of now we have a decent CB partnership along with solid backups

the togetherness of this squad is unlike anything we have ever seen before so why risk ruining that by selling him, plus he's still young and English and that can definitely help (unless he starts winding up AC9 again)

I dont know man..ofcourse I like Stevie Taylor and I think he is still capable of doing the good for our defence..but if someone offered him a 4 million pounds upwards, we would be foolish to turn it down..why? coz we might lose him for nothing at the end of the season..

Face it..emotionally we all love Taylor for what he has done so far for Newcastle..but why is it that he just cant sign the bloody contract for his 'beloved' hometown club? If he loves the club sooooo much and if he was thinking for the good and spirit of the club, he would sign the contract on offer today, and not drag his contract talk that could potentially disrupt the team and just carrying on playing for the team..Mike Williamson and another player I cant remember are about to sign extensions to their contracts and they were just signed and were just recently offered the contract extension..Taylor has had discussions since last season but still he aint signing it..

Personally I would say Taylor is on par with Williamson..good and no nonsense defender..but if he keeps on dragging his feet that could potentially cost us a good amount of money, I wont be upset we let him go..

Andy Carroll £1.25 million
Fabricio Coloccini £2.5 million
Dan Gosling £1 million
Steve Harper £1.25 million

Well..I would love stevie to stay on too but if he still cant agree on an improved contract, I would rather let him go and inject to our transfer kitty.
But seeing the table, he aint getting too bad and he shud know he cant demand too much in NU..

Cant wait to see Gosling put on NU jersey in st james!!! thumbup.gif

no offence for TS , but from my opinion, dxjb could be a very good TS .. you r so active in this thread man..this thread is far better
than M.City thread if you ask me. smile.gif but since the old TS still want himself to be the only TS, then we should respect his decision. smile.gif
just pointing out my opinion. tongue.gif

Dont know which is worse
The 5-1 demolition, or this gutless performance
Wrong tactics from Hughton to start off with
Guthrie has been piss poor, but hope its nothing too serious
What happen to our passing game?
Look at Brom, playing good football, we're just sitting back and let them pass their way towards goal
Absolutely FRUSTRATING to watch
Hughton will have awful lot of stuff to sort out after this game
Wont be hoping too much for the Liverpool game, seeing how things are going on currently

VERY nervous to say the least
But to be fair, he is facing a bunch of pacy Brom players

I think we sat too deep in our own half today
Our players weren't making good runs or closing down fast enough as well
Way too often we gave away possession cheaply by either hoofing long ball or our players trying to dribble past the opposing team
Other than Tiote and Enrique, the rest just seem disinterested in playing football today

Sigh, bad times ahead with tough fixtures coming up ohmy.gif

Hold on guys...the match against Stevenage is next year la..!!! 8 January 2011..aiyyyooo..where got this Wednesday..The Zul mabuk already after watching our poor display..tongue.gif

Anyways, you can start looking forward to that match as follows:

FA CUP 3rd ROUND
STEVENAGE VS NEWCASTLE UNITED
8 JANUARY 2011 (9 JANUARY 2011 MALAYSIAN TIME)
STAR SPORTS (CH813) 1.30 am LIVE

Campbell was nervous all day..Jose stopped defending once he got booked..Guthrie? No offence but i was relieved he got injured..he was already booked and still going into tackles and was going to get himself sent off..Alan smith comes oN and wants to add to his yellow card collections..nothing new there although he had a good volley towards the end..

Was Tiote booked? If he was, what is he trying to do? get himself a holiday during the winter period? seriously he needs to be careful not to get booked too often or he will build up a reputation among referees where even decent and fair tackles he makes will be yellow card offence..he will end up like Smith and Barton..reputation exceeds the player..and if im correct, the commentator said that we are now top of the league..TOP OF THE YELLOW CARDS LEAGUE!!! doh.gif

Carroll..just not his day..Positively for me, Jonas and Routledge got some great crosses in..especially Routledge..he has improved his crossing since the Chelsea match so hope this continues..and I pity the poor old microphone kicked by Jonas...poor thing..standing on the sidelines in the cold wearing a furry coat serving the television viewers and then getting kicked by Jonas and not getting treatment from the physios!!!

well done McLoven for getting his first goal of the season..but seriously I am getting dead tired of Nile Ranger and the people calling for him to play..this guy has a tough looking stature and body but bloody hell..he gets pushed off the ball so easily..not only today but in every match i have seen him play...

NILE RANGER..EAT SOME VEGETABLES!!! vmad.gif

our next match:

NEWCASTLE UNITED VS LIVERPOOL
11 DECEMBER 2010 (12 DECEMBER 2010 MALAYSIAN TIME)
ASTRO SUPERSPORT 3 (CH817) & SUPERSPORT HD (CH831)
1.25 am LIVE
