confirm la bro..jusco has been lobbying for this plot of land long long time back. the awan besar interchange that were recently built and large plot of land area next to hiway is a great catalyst to materialise the plan.

I foresee parking will be a problem due to high density living condition and too many people means, security is also a problem.

Wow...there is a good news for all residents at Bukit Jalil/OUG.....Most benefit is Kiara 1&2 & Bukit OUG Condo residents, walking distance...

OUG parklane also can reach by walking la..walk less than 1km ride on LRT at PPR then stop at the next station oni what.too near to the mall not good also ,surely traffic jam like hell if not sure very messy.

I have phase one unit - Block E1, facing East (inside), 8th floor corner unit (corner unit extra RM2k developer price), 1 car park.

Original developer price - RM26x,xxx ONLY.

This week I'm going for site visit again plus the rest of the going to developed condo plus trying the 1.5km walk to Kg Muhibbah before decide to S&P ^^

Is 31st floor is too high? haha

Which offer consider acceptable?
a) eon bank offer BLR -2.3 but only applicable for 85% loan only.
(FREE LCD TV for first 300 customers).

b) OUB BLR -2.4, must buy MRTA from their bank.

Please advise.

if for me, i will take uob...
calculation very simple...
free lcd tv only for 300 cust...smmore is 85% loan....as compare to blr -2.4 (mrta can up to 5-8k)...
