Funny the developer daring to name it OUG Parklane. Are they going to create a new link to OUG?

heard few disadvantage of buying serviced apartment before this...
firstly, the utilities bill for serviced apartment is based on the commercial rate. Secondly, there is no LAD compensation to the residents if there is delay in the completion of the property. Is this true? |

Just heard tat now booking with 3k deposit, but when launching & SPA signing can be changed to any name as you like.. so i think it will be a lot of goreng goreng!!

I heard quite a bit of negative view on this project. to sifu-sifu here, other than this project any suggestion where i can get under construction freehold apartment/condo within oug, puchong, bukit jalil area with about 1000 square feet and within my budget of RM250 - RM270k. Thanks in advance for advise
