i checked on wikimapia.. pardon me but the map doesn't seem to show the road access clearly. can we cut thru PPR kpg muhibbah flat to reach the LRT station? rolleyes.gif

By the way, this place is Malay version of "OUG", rather than what some said as majority Chinese. whistling.gif

heard few disadvantage of buying serviced apartment before this...
firstly, the utilities bill for serviced apartment is based on the commercial rate. Secondly, there is no LAD compensation to the residents if there is delay in the completion of the property.

Is this true?

lol all the shoplots ... u gotta lay down 100k as booking fee.. if u're booking for :-

1st phase - expected delivery by 2012
2nd phase - expected delivery by 2014
3rd phase - expected delivery 2020?

in short ur 100k stuck wit em for few years ... and its stagnant sad.gif

Just heard tat now booking with 3k deposit, but when launching & SPA signing can be changed to any name as you like.. so i think it will be a lot of goreng goreng!!

I heard quite a bit of negative view on this project. to sifu-sifu here, other than this project any suggestion where i can get under construction freehold apartment/condo within oug, puchong, bukit jalil area with about 1000 square feet and within my budget of RM250 - RM270k. Thanks in advance for advise
