i stand corrected doh.gif

You are somewhat correct, I think the record we hold against West Ham. They have never won big against us or something. If thrashing, Liverpool is the last team that did so at our own turf with the score line 1 - 4. If my memory serves me right lah. Correct me if I'm wrong.

QUOTE(yhtan @ Dec 1 2010, 06:10 PM)
he still got few years contract, if he reluctant to sign the new contract, he will leave nothing for us
btw, the transfer fee we earned is quite handsome tongue.gif

Look at his achievement, world cup winner, CL winner, La Liga winner, not bad for a young player like him already
but conversion is lower now, if there is any promotion, it is worth to buy at megastore
*
yes conversion is low. if you're physically in the UK, I would recommend you to buy from other sports shops as they will sell much more cheaper than MegaStore does. but if you're in Malaysia or SG, buy directly from MegaStore lah, coz I think Kitbag or other online stores are also selling at the same price.

But I think we are playing not that bad overall. Not sure how the hell can kena tapao 4-0 though. Everytime they attack feels like will concede. I don't blame it on any particular players since if you lose, then it's the whole team responsibility + coach. West Ham playing like Barcelona doesn't make it any better  tongue.gif
*
Yup, they were fine in early moments of the match. I really thought we would get something out of it but gahhh. tongue.gif

Counter jinx? Nooo .. nothing to do with it. laugh.gif

well 10 changes, weather, and all our players were off form makes the team unable to click together, thus the disjointed performance between every department, while West Ham was playing their best game this season...so the defeat

Did anybody remember the 08-09 clean sheet record? The record broke at St.James by draw 1-1 right? Coincidently it is snowy and last night unbeaten record broken tongue.gif

I am sure and positive the quality is very much different than what we have in our local store albeit SG or MY. Bought a couple of jerseys from UK directly and the materials are different. Feels more soft and comfy. The ones that I bought from either SG or MY, it is a bit 'kasar'. BTW, if you're planning to go to the UK, don't buy from Megastore. Mahal. Just check any sports store like Lilywhites and so on.

Just to be clear, Megastore's price rarely comes down. While other sports stores have those discounts and bargains. I made a mistake by buying from Megastore and charged around 40pounds++ while when I was visiting Lilywhites, the price for the same jersey is around 30pounds++. That said, other merchandises might not be found except at the Megastore.

Dunno how many times i said, it's the same regardless of where you buy it, it was made in the same factory anyway! dun believe head to Jersey Talk and ask, Jerseyman or any other regular collectors and they will say the same thing.

Are you referring to the 0607 away, the white coloured one? If you are referring to this season, no way is it made in Morocco, all home and away, even gk shirts, are made in Indonesia. Doesnt matter from UK or Msia, all Indonesia. i buy shirts from UK btw.

If you still think it's different, show some pictures in the Jersey Talk, coz of course there are some exception, but those are minority case.

for that price, that's Made in Siam la laugh.gif Ironically, the away shirt for last season (black with blue V) was made in Thailand, so is the goalie kits...home was made in Indonesia. And for this season, all shirts are made in Indonesia, and i am referring to UK shirts.

past season shirts are made in Morocco though, until last 2 seasons Nike prefer SEA countries, particularly Indonesia.

Nope.I can't remember and find the articles but on VDS wiki's

His clean sheet record ended on 4 March, when he made an error allowing Peter Løvenkrands of Newcastle United to score after 9 minutes.

IF i'm not mistaken, the TEAM's clean sheet record was broken byBlackburn...but that game, it was Kuszczak who was playing, so VDS's personal record is still intact. when he comes back to play, his own run continues until the Newcastle game. Correct me if im wrong

His personal clean sheet ended by the Toons, but it was Rovers who ends our team's clean sheet. PIG was the goalkeeper back then

EDIT : pyroboy beat me to it laugh.gif
