oh well.

For me, Evans was shit. The others young ones still can excuse one way or another. Evans have been given quite a few opportunities to progress into the senior team, but it seems like he's going backwards of late.

he's just suffering from the bottleneck effect imo
give him some more time....but what he need the most now is the confidence, and need to discard the yips

Evans apart, Fabio was really shaky last night...hopefully he will find his grove really soon, just like his little brother

laugh.gif @ jinxers!

Fabio is relatively new. Even Rafael had some problems before being the way he is now. And I laugh.gif as his warmup last night. While waiting for sub, he covered himself with a black coat. It was that chilly huh?

Evans needs time, I think. Furthermore, he realized that his form is shit and trying to patch them. He will come good. He is a class act. Great performance from him and kept Drogba out, remember?

It's pity because we couldn't give our youngsters and fringe players more time to play but I'll take that loss over a PL loss as of this moment.

Did not watch the match, so could not comment much. But judging from the line up, we were strong enough to win the match though.

hmm we are gonna lose sooner or later.
losing in the carling cup is not that bad i guess.
jz that the youngsters would now lose a chance to get more experience.
hopefully we'll stay unbeaten in the league as long as possible.
and not drawing so many games biggrin.gif

Or remember the time when Evans got Torres in his pocket during Northern Island game vs Spain (or at least thats what I have read in the review tongue.gif )

Let's just hope this is just a blip for him and at 22 y.o. and chosen by SAF to stay at United rather than Pique, then theres must be something that only

SAF could see that others cant. unsure.gif Trust SAF, always!

On other note, anyone here experienced himself going to the OT MegaStore and buy the official jersey there? I don't have experience in terms of

determining the overall quality of the original ones (nor my buddy who was lucky enough to witness the 7-1 win at OT, what a time to go to game at OT

eh?). He bought the jersey but was a bit stunned or perhaps just wondering because the quality of the patches is a bit weird. blush.gif (Made In

Indonesia also) sweat.gif Am I being paranoid or what?

Pique has always wanted to move back to Barca if the opportunity was there, and that summer they made a move for him..surely SAF must be reluctant but he cant keep a player against their will..so it's not really true that SAF has seen more potential in Evans than Pique..but Evans does have potential though let's not take that away from him just after a period of poor form

nobody know how reluctant SAF in letting pique go. but yea with club like barca came knocking is sure fasnating for pique. i think if barca came for evan he also will be interested
in term of potential at that time both still very young rarely got any chance to prove themself. both show potential but no ones actually seem better than the others.
if theres any player i think we should kept its shawcross.. he did impressed while loan at stoke. if we able to kept him we might not even hv to bought smalling.
bit sad that he dont even get the chance to show his colour with united

Pique is from Barcelona's youth, so he will be more than excited when Barca comes knocking to buy him back...its unfortunate for us, but no point keeping someone who clearly wanted to go "home"

that's why I said "surely"..He performed very well during his loan spell at Zaragoza, and with age at his side any manager would be reluctant to let him go..
