QUOTE(SGSuser @ Dec 1 2010, 04:01 PM) Pique has always wanted to move back to Barca if the opportunity was there, and that summer they made a move for him..surely SAF must be reluctant but he cant keep a player against their will..so it's not really true that SAF has seen more potential in Evans than Pique..but Evans does have potential though let's not take that away from him just after a period of poor form nobody know how reluctant SAF in letting pique go. but yea with club like barca came knocking is sure fasnating for pique. i think if barca came for evan he also will be interested in term of potential at that time both still very young rarely got any chance to prove themself. both show potential but no ones actually seem better than the others. if theres any player i think we should kept its shawcross.. he did impressed while loan at stoke. if we able to kept him we might not even hv to bought smalling. bit sad that he dont even get the chance to show his colour with united

QUOTE(dlct87 @ Dec 1 2010, 04:45 PM) Pique is from Barcelona's youth, so he will be more than excited when Barca comes knocking to buy him back...its unfortunate for us, but no point keeping someone who clearly wanted to go "home" he aint just a barcelona youth he was born barcelona supporting the club.. he definately would love the chance to join barca back but i dont remember him being 'clearly wanted to go home' him leaving seem more like him need more football and united cant gave him yet

QUOTE(SGSuser @ Dec 1 2010, 04:57 PM) that's why I said "surely"..He performed very well during his loan spell at Zaragoza, and with age at his side any manager would be reluctant to let him go.. the word "surely" thats why i dont agree with u there.. he did well at zaragoza but nothing is "surely" if SAF really reluctant for him leaving i think he will stay atleast for another season. the reason for it to happen i think is coz we already got rio and vida and theres no room for him just yet and its barcelona.

agreed to comment that they dont look like a rising star at the moment but this youngs are good enaugh.. still too early to judge how they will grow
SAF may hv underestimate west ham and making too much changes but the fact that league cup always been a competition for the youngster for united its understandable line up
dont think any bookies, pundits saw we losing by 4 when see the lineup its just unfortunate no show from some player

giving england the rite to host is like giving them the WC.. many sure dont like this russia never host and seem need it more for football development and modenization to some cities. oh yea theres also got roman been said aussie dont hv strong goverment support to be host unlike qatar very strong support and money no issue there even plan to give upcoming build stadium to needed country also been a while people said bout bringing WC to middle east. UAE sure gonna get it if they propose.. we sure know already how stupid rich they could be

QUOTE(BoltonMan @ Dec 16 2010, 05:32 PM) 8 years since last won at Bridge ... okla less pressure.. plus timing is just rite for us to do it this season its make or break. we really could damage ski season if we win this week but if we lose confidence gonna be high back there
