I'm still not too sure about what AMP i'm going for, but I'm very certain about the Korg Toneworks AX1500G, so that's Rm650, which leaves me with RM1350 for a guitar and amp.

well, u can either go for the SA series or the ergodyne series...the ergodyne is slightly cheaper than the SA...H-H, non-locking trem...i heard the body is made of compressed wood and they're using INF pickups on those guitars..

it's best for u to try those guitar before purchasing, as the SA may not be what u want...just my 2 cent.. laugh.gif

the ergodynes are almost phased out already i think. left one model in the 2006 catalog but it is using an agathis body. they were originally some sort of composite mixture of polyurethane, which they called luthite. supposedly some people say they sounded like crap, and some say they are awesome, probably after they changed pickups.

Yes. I'm saying that the 15w Marshall just plain SUCKS.
Liek I said, I would ONLY recommend anything above the AVT50x IF you're a metal player.....

But if you're on a budget, the best you can do is probably the Vox AD15vt. Still the best bargain for a 15watter!

One thing you gotta remember, if you wanna get a Floyd Rose, make sure you get a reasonably good one. Otherwise you might get absolutely frustrated with a crappy one you'd end up blocking it.

If you're not a Floyd Rose user..... don't get a guitar with a floyd rose.... ESPECIALLY if you're on a budget. Re-tuning a Floyd Rose is HELL....

Notice why I only play Les Pauls???

hahahahahhaa......

But contradictory to my point.... if you WANT to play a floyd rose equipt guitar..... it's best if you invest in a good one.... that's why I'm looking to either the Jackson RR3 (Likely if I go to Hong Kong) or the Dean Flame Razorback (the one I REALLY want... and IF I go back to the US next year)....

u can just order here, no? do u have to go all the way to US to get it?

yeah about floyd rose...

make sure you get the original floyd rose not the licensed one..
i have both and the liscensed seriously sucks...it goes out of tune occasionally if you abuse it..

about the f-50, guitar collection has stocks for it if not mistaken, comes in red, black and titanium..
