If you're not a Floyd Rose user..... don't get a guitar with a floyd rose.... ESPECIALLY if you're on a budget. Re-tuning a Floyd Rose is HELL....
Notice why I only play Les Pauls??? hahahahahhaa...... But contradictory to my point.... if you WANT to play a floyd rose equipt guitar..... it's best if you invest in a good one.... that's why I'm looking to either the Jackson RR3 (Likely if I go to Hong Kong) or the Dean Flame Razorback (the one I REALLY want... and IF I go back to the US next year).... |

Yes. Guitar Collection has most of the F series.
And yes, TECHNICALLY I can order them in..... but I prefer to go down to the Guitar Store and get it myself. |

Canopies, your budget for an electro-acoustic is a little low...... Can't recommend any good ones around that price......

Could be worse. Could be playing a stupid looking black and white ringed guitar that looks like a giant target.

Not sure......
You might be able to afford an SX guitar with a Roland Microcube........ but you REALLY have to bargain. |

Those can't even qualify as practice amps. Those are more like, Novelty items.
For a beginner guitarist, get a Roland cube or maybe a Vox DA5 or DA15 if you can find them. This post has been edited by blacktrix: Dec 3 2006, 06:46 PM |

The stuff in Mid Valley is over priced man..... Try out CK Music or JS Music in Imbi for better deals...... ESPECIALLY CK Music at this time, because they are having their Year End sales.

Trust me...... I've been looking for a decent priced tube amp for a while...... no luck here in Malaysia man. Even for the Epiphone Valves...... don't forget, you'll have to convert the power supply IF you're getting it from the States.
