These kind of info must dig from the ppl from CoSE la.. Got once I asked them how come my new car with needle at E cannot pump 50L. Oni can pump 38L plus. Then one mechanic ask me. "Ur needle at E rite? Then how u managed to drive ur car to petrol station to pump petrol? If u dare to drive, u can continue to drive for another 100 km or so before ur car engine choke & dies off." Then I asked him, "Then what's the point the needle shows E when I can still drive so far?" Mechanic answered, "Malaysians, most of the time they wouldn't pump petrol until the very last drop of petrol in their tank finishes. In a way, u might say that it's a design flaw, but u can also say that the reserve tank helps prepare the driver for a good 100kms or so till the next petrol station.".

When the indicator started to light up, I still manage to drive from batu caves back to usj via kl -> federal highway. Reach usj 16 caltex petrol station then only the indicator start to blink.

LoL... 11.0/100KM is pretty normal for a new car.. Persona's FC is around 10L/100KM, depending on driving styles..

Maybe u have to adjust & suit urself to the driving style first.. And drive a bit more until ur FC averages out..

11.0 is pretty high for a manual if u ask me. I'm driving an auto, quite heavy footed but doing around 10.8-11.2L/100KM.. Mostly city drives..

Let go of ur accelerator like 1-2 seconds before stepping on the clutch & engaging into the next gear.. It helps save plenty of petrol.. Changing gear smoothly affects ur petrol consumption..

LoL.. Of course increase la.. Ur auto cruise only sets ur car to be travelling at a certain speed constantly.. When u step on pedal or brakes it will still increase or decrease speed accordingly..

Jz imagine if u're auto cruising n there's a situation where u need to emergency brake but ur auto cruise is on n u can't brake. Bammm... doh.gif

did u bother to read the manual?
hehehe

after u turn on.. at the speed u want it to lock on... push it down .. like how u turn on wiper .. like tat ...the indicator will turn green..
then ur car speed will be at tat .. u never touch the accelerator it will keep at tat speed
press teh accelerator more it will accelerate... but when u let go.. it will drop back to the speed u set earlier...
a light touch on the brake..auto cruise disengages .... complete to avoid accident

There's a set button there. Once u reach ur desired speed, u need to switch it on then press the set button. To reduce ur cruising speed, press Coast button..
