Maxis,Digi,Celcom do give refurbished set on set claiming and its has been evidence by few fellow forumer over here.
Till now also many of them suspect iPad launched were refurbished from US or other country due to the defective parts noted on the device.

So first I go jailbreak.me, jailbreak my phone 1st


Then i go cydia, download Ultra Snow to unlock my phone


Then i go do 4.3.3 Untethered using Redsn0w 0.9.6rc16


Finally i enjoy

No you cant.BIS is for Blackberry only.
You can cancel the BIS service from your service provide.
But since your line are contract signed,i think they will ask other refund or demand for that.
I assume you paying around rm50 for that BIS.try to call them and ask.

Gevey only unlock your locked base band.Where if my calculation right,in 5-10months there wont be any unlocking tools or hardware requires for iPhone.
