we definitely need more tall defenders at the back or else there's no way we can compete. the average height of tottenham players were taller than our players' average height. we need another vermaelan or gallas.

oh, so it's not Cesc taking Marouane's hand along with his and hit by the incoming freekick. it's an act of stupidity by both players in doing so, Cesc looks the more obvious because his height

my bad, i was really sure that Cesc taking Marouane's hand along with his from the live telecast. but still, it was not an action you expected; more so from your captain

Last season or last two season, Cesc raise his arm in similar free kick situation to block the ball and it went unpunished.
As for the last game I still believe Cesc was taking Chamakh hand and Chamakh just go along with it. I hope I'll see no more of it from now on.

Damn, mentally we still not up for it. sad.gif

Dun la like that... makes me feel tegang also la... tongue.gif

We played like a different team in the 2nd half, that was the only explanation I can give. It was as if the whole team was replaced at half time, & Spurs put in one guy & it made the difference. We had several sitters we didn't convert & paid for it later.

I never question any Arsenal players mentality when playing on the pitch. Everyone on the pitch wishes to win for the team. No player would go onto the pitch wishing the team to lose.

However, I do agree that the 2nd half was bad to us: 1st goal was bad decision-making for leaving your CD position to challenge the ball (and fail). 2nd goal was a split second immaturity of our captain (and Chamakh too?) for lifting hands. 3rd goal... haiz... I don't know how to comment on that doh.gif

As the captain of the team, Fabregas owns us an apology. We all know he did not mean it; but the fact is that it has happened and it was all about his hand.

Once again and I wish everyone is the same too, I do not question any Arsenal players whenever they are playing for the club. This is the minimum faith that every fans should have smile.gif

I think that it's human natural reaction to lift their hand to block something coming to their HEAD.
That's what Fabregas has been arguing with the referee during the match.
But still, I don't think that it is necessary. Fabregas should be brave like Song. /salute to Song. smile.gif

IMO, second half was really bad for Arsenal. I was praying for them to wake up in the second half. sweat.gif
Consistency is still our main concern.
Just hope fellow gunners can learn from this mistake and be stronger in the upcoming matches.
(Just how many chances they need to learn? rclxub.gif)

KEEP YOUR FAITH IN AW AND ARSENAL!

(p.s. Sorry for my lousy English lol. Lots of mistakes. sad.gif)

Er, i tot players that formed the wall, normally put their hands to cover their private parts, not their heads.

On the comical part, my little bro did cheer me up by saying :-

Cesc & Chamakh : nah smell my smelly armpits

VDV : too bad, i'm having block nose.
