higher psf, yes cos entry price was higher than HR but higher premium, unlikely

During launching, people queue for HR.
LR launched only after HR solded. No need queue.
Iconic design is HR.
Though LR is lesser number, the "rarer" product.
HR got 4 more blocks by Fennel, so LR will be even "rarer".
Which one will be higher price? Iconic vs "rarer" product?
Time will tell.....

Yup, it surely depends on individual. Some men like women, some men, some even boys/girls. Whateva as long as he/she is happy. drool.gif

Ya, if you look directly it looks like a glass cladded office block. The iconic impact is when you look at an angle or sideways, then you will see the curves..it turned out better than I expected.

Capers rely on its curvy shape for the impact. There is little space for landscaping ie only the small central pool area unlike Midfields2 which appear much more generous with pool and park areas. Nevertheless Capers really look stunning
