I almost bought a unit there with 3CP two years ago. Offered the seller 800K (lowest floor) but he turn down.

And now it is below 700k.

The place is nice for own stay but car park and leaking is main concern. As I know most of the unit comes (even big layout) comes with only 1 CP and the units that I viewed tends to have water leaking issue in Toilet and entrance foyer.

Usually 1CP unless you buy additional

And car park either at G or LG as there is only 2 floor of car park.

This unit called off. Owner managed to settle with the bank.
But will enter the auction market again if didnt pay the installment few months later.
Can still wait and see.
