rm171 from gnc is only for 3lbs.
sellers here are selling around rm220 for 5lbs.

like someone said, if price is a concern, go for myofusion, can get below rm200 for 5lbs.

I've switched to the 5lbs, the smaller tubs just empty out too fast and cost way more.

You gained 5 kg because they're beginner gains. When you reach an advanced stage then only you'll be aware of how much more difficult it is to add just 1kg of lean mass.

look at the nutritional content bro. IMO, most 'bodybuilding' stuff sold at pharmacies are overpriced, and are generally bad value for money.

Yes, it may have only cost you RM60. But what is the nutritional content per serving? How many servings is in the whole product? How many servings are you going to need in a day? And so on. All this matters and adds up and generally, supplements which are marketed more towards bodybuilding have better value.

First thing you got to learn is read the nutritional label, you know, the white rectangle behind with all the numbers and funny words, where most people's eyes usually glaze over. Read the serving size, the protein content/serving or per 100g, and the other ingredients
