how is appeton weight gain?is it effective?

recommend me a protein supplement/shake drink as well....need to consume after i work out.newbie here

bought this supplement from watson call nutralife maximum weight gain.add 3 tablespoon into 300ml of milk,the vanilla taste is vry strong,but tasty at the same time....as for effectiveness,duno yet.
