QUOTE(shiloong7081 @ Jan 27 2011, 11:19 PM) look at the nutritional content bro. IMO, most 'bodybuilding' stuff sold at pharmacies are overpriced, and are generally bad value for money. QUOTE(IjatKuchai @ Jan 28 2011, 02:51 AM) Those supplement from pharmacies are made by company tht are unknown in bodybuilding industries.better get ur supplement from real bodybuilding supplement shop,or just browse sale thread here in LYN then wad brand is recommended?need to finish the 1 i bought 1st since money edi spentagree. but then i think at least its not too overpriced until RM100+,i bought it for RM60 This post has been edited by ZeneticX: Jan 28 2011, 09:14 PM |

QUOTE(-Dan @ Jan 28 2011, 10:01 PM) Yes, it may have only cost you RM60. But what is the nutritional content per serving? How many servings is in the whole product? How many servings are you going to need in a day? And so on. All this matters and adds up and generally, supplements which are marketed more towards bodybuilding have better value. so what u recommend?im totally dumb in these stuff, started jz last weekThis post has been edited by ZeneticX: Jan 28 2011, 10:21 PM |

QUOTE(shiloong7081 @ Jan 29 2011, 12:02 AM) First thing you got to learn is read the nutritional label, you know, the white rectangle behind with all the numbers and funny words, where most people's eyes usually glaze over. Read the serving size, the protein content/serving or per 100g, and the other ingredients i did read whn i made my purchaseserving size 30g in 300ml milk - protein 16.4g |
