i think there is hardware issue..quite a number of ppl have this issue...juz google iphone blue spot...

make sure u tear out the original screen protector

This is not blue tint problem. Google for blue tint problem photo for more info.

For your case, what I think is cause by the flashlight block by something. I know that you'd removed the original screen protector. Then have you applied any screen protector at the back? Have it covered the flashlight?
Also, have you use case for your iphone 4? I notice some of the case design will partially block the flashlight and resulting image like yours.
If none of above is applicable, then you should go for warranty claim. DiGi Center.

it is the same problem. the blue tint is enhanced when taking picture under fluorescent lighting.. in my case i did it under fluorescent light to make the blueish tint more visible...

very obvious yours one is cause by flashlight not the blue tint

Added on December 28, 2010, 6:34 pmSS2 and BTS only gives out queue numbers early morning. Solaris gives out in the afternoon. You'll need to arrive before 8 to have a chance of getting a number for SS2 and BTS.
