Just got my first bill... How come iDigi88 for iphone 4 is Rm85? not Rm63?

Now I got bill Rm70 for the first month... I didn't exceed any free SMS or Call minutes... Can anyone clarify?

I thought Iphone4 is Rm63 per month plus Rm5 rebate if auto billing?
Now become Rm85 with Rm5 rebate???

i already got my new sim card which not a micro sim, and the sales person told me that wait till get the iphone and together take the sim go digi center cut it???
is it the procedure go like this?
why need cut???i tot will giving a micro sim???am i given scam??ard paid the salesperson @.@

Suppose, im going with the Option 1. How much do I need to pay exactly, on that day, and every month after that. If I understand plan I138 correctly, I need to BUY the phone first at RM1410. And then I need to also pay RM2490. And subsequently, I'll be paying montly bill of RM88 (via autobill). So total payment of that day: RM 1410 + RM 2490, plus monthly of RM 88.

If that is correct, could some please explain why the payment if Rm2490 is required upfront? I don't understand.. Thanks!

Added on December 24, 2010, 9:08 amOh, another thing, Im currently on Maxis, and thinking of jumping ship to DiGi. So, the payment is required on that day or after the sucessful porting. And, after the porting, where can I collect the phone? same branch as where I register or it could be any Digi centre.

Think twice before getting a digi package... The coverage is really not that great compared to the other 2 service provider... I know it because I convert to Digi from Maxis. Don't let the Yellow Man foul you...!

today is my first day with Digi and also iPhone.

yesteday, the guy @ Digi KL Sentral turned off my cellular data since he said that im still on the transition plan, and not yet on the iDigi plan.

so today, I received a welcome to Digi sms, and when I check via *128# command, I found that Im currently on iDigi 138 for 24 months. Just to get the confirmation from Digi helpline, I called them, and while I was talking to them, suddenly the phone call ended..

Now, I have two mind-boggling questions..

1. Was that the anthennagate issue? Is it commom?

2. How can I know that I can safely used the internet under the iDigi plan rather than PAYU plan.. huhu

1. when in iDiGi88, the command *128*1*1# for checking the balance is invalid for reference right? Because we all tied with free calls (200mins, 200sms for example) as the plan stated?

2. if there are free calls for us, do we need to apply Friends&Family numbers again? Does it valid?

Need advise here guys with my iDigi 88 plan. My December bill just arrived.

Besides the fixed charges of 88 there's call charges. But i have not exceeded the given talk time. Why is there call charges?

Is the stamp duty of Rm10 every month?

My family has another iDigi 88 plan too but his is charged RM58 only + tax.

I got mine 2 days ago from one of the Digi Centre located at Pandan Indah .. Told by one of the salesperson there, they got new stocks and there are still many 16Gb left!
Anyway, wanna check with the existing Digi IP4 users, kindly advise me on my situation.
I for my phn on the 29th, and used it right away, internet everything. So yest, I wanted to check for my outstanding balance to ensure payment have been received, it kinda shocked me when it shows my unbilled amount is RM1,011 .. I gave DG CS a call and wanted him to check on the amount.. he told me.. those were internet charges, as the idigi88 plan will only be activated on the subsequent day .. what should I do??

Here I got some question hope you guys can help.

I ported to Digi and got my iPhone on 1st of January, on the iDiGi88 package. So I thought I suppose to have 200 minutes n 200 free sms? As I make phone call each time, I check *128# and can see the unbilled amount goes up.

Now at the end of the month, my outstanding amount is RM176.63! That's more than my bill with Maxis.

Then last time I heard from here Digi will rebate on the bill? Is it?

Hi there! Thanks for the reply. I know. But I was referring to the free voice call n sms. And what i mentioned was the outstanding payment after 1st month usage of digi. So it cant be inaccurate right?
OCS shows the same amount as my phone.

What should I do? Cancel the Digi Postpaid 30 or upgrade to Idigi plan?

I not sure this has been asked before or not, but this is my 1st month received my bill.

I subscribed for the RM58 iPhone thingy on 01-01-2011.
From my knowledge, the bill should be RM58(because I'm using auto-billing)+6%(tax) = RM61.48. (provided that I didn't over use the calls and sms)

But from my bill, it stated:
- Monthly Fixed Charges ............................... RM88.00
- Call Charges ............................................... RM3.20 (this one I understand because I over used a bit)
- Other Credit & Charges Total (Contract) ... -RM15.00
- Other Credit & Charges Total (Account) .... -RM5.00
- TOTAL CURRENT CHARGES ......................... RM76.67

Anyone here know what's going on?

So but then I'm still very confuse the amount I've paid. (because I'm on Auto-billing)
