Just got my first bill... How come iDigi88 for iphone 4 is Rm85? not Rm63?

Now I got bill Rm70 for the first month... I didn't exceed any free SMS or Call minutes... Can anyone clarify?

I thought Iphone4 is Rm63 per month plus Rm5 rebate if auto billing?
Now become Rm85 with Rm5 rebate???
*
Monthly bill for iDigi88 will be RM88 + additional usage + govt tax - RM25 discount (first 2 years) - RM5 autobilling (if you opted for it). First month bill will include RM10 for stamp duty. Please read your bill properly or if you are really not sure, call them and ask.

is it the procedure go like this?
why need cut???i tot will giving a micro sim???am i given scam??ard paid the salesperson @.@

BTW, im business plan iDiGi
*
You are not getting scammed. If they don't have micro SIMs available for you, you can always decide to wait until they have it. Or let them cut the SIM and you get service immediately.

Guys, I have some confusion on the plan here: http://www.digi.com.my/iphone/getone_want_...ne_payment.html

Suppose, im going with the Option 1. How much do I need to pay exactly, on that day, and every month after that. If I understand plan I138 correctly, I need to BUY the phone first at RM1410. And then I need to also pay RM2490. And subsequently, I'll be paying montly bill of RM88 (via autobill). So total payment of that day: RM 1410 + RM 2490, plus monthly of RM 88.

If that is correct, could some please explain why the payment if Rm2490 is required upfront? I don't understand.. Thanks!

Added on December 24, 2010, 9:08 amOh, another thing, Im currently on Maxis, and thinking of jumping ship to DiGi. So, the payment is required on that day or after the sucessful porting. And, after the porting, where can I collect the phone? same branch as where I register or it could be any Digi centre.

Thanks guys!
*
As per the table, pay RM2090 for 16gb or RM2490 for 32gb upfront and pay according to service plan monthly. You get your phone from the same place you do your port in.

Think twice before getting a digi package... The coverage is really not that great compared to the other 2 service provider... I know it because I convert to Digi from Maxis. Don't let the Yellow Man foul you...!  doh.gif
*
Digi's coverage is long well known for not being so "wide or deep" compared with Maxis or Celcom. If you want iPhone and Digi's 3G coverage is poor at your area, your choice is then restricted. But if you have ever exceeded your internet quota by just only 30MB per billing period, you will be far far more happy with the yellow man than the red man. rclxms.gif

iDigi plan is only option for those who buy iPhone from Digi. Get from elsewhere can only do DG or Smartplan.

Just one question, is the rumors about smartphones tax reduction in 2011 true..?

Tax reduction is true, most like no change to iPhone price.

Looks like something is blocking the flash, try removing any casing/protector you have or do not use flash.

SS2 and BTS only gives out queue numbers early morning. Solaris gives out in the afternoon. You'll need to arrive before 8 to have a chance of getting a number for SS2 and BTS.

QUOTE(vivre @ Dec 30 2010, 02:08 PM)
today is my first day with Digi and also iPhone.

yesteday, the guy @ Digi KL Sentral turned off my cellular data since he said that im still on the transition plan, and not yet on the iDigi plan.

so today, I received a welcome to Digi sms, and when I check via *128# command, I found that Im currently on iDigi 138 for 24 months. Just to get the confirmation from Digi helpline, I called them, and while I was talking to them, suddenly the phone call ended..

Now, I have two mind-boggling questions..

1. Was that the anthennagate issue? Is it commom? sad.gif

2. How can I know that I can safely used the internet under the iDigi plan rather than PAYU plan.. huhu

Thanks guys!
*
1. Just get a casing or bumper for the phone. It's mandatory to keep our expensive toy as good condition as possible. rclxms.gif

2. You'll get an SMS saying that request completed and CS might call you about 20-26 hours after your account is active. You can call CS to be sure.

1. when in iDiGi88, the command *128*1*1# for checking the balance is invalid for reference right? Because we all tied with free calls (200mins, 200sms for example) as the plan stated?

2. if there are free calls for us, do we need to apply Friends&Family numbers again? Does it valid?
*
1. Correct.

2. FnF is only applicable after free quota is used up. You will not get extra quota just because you called a cheaper number. smile.gif

Hi,

Need advise here guys with my iDigi 88 plan. My December bill just arrived.

Besides the fixed charges of 88 there's call charges. But i have not exceeded the given talk time. Why is there call charges?

Is the stamp duty of Rm10 every month?

My family has another iDigi 88 plan too but his is charged RM58 only + tax.
*
1. Certain calls like IDD, special numbers + 1300 + 1800 + roaming + voicemail are not included in the quota minutes.

2. Stamp duty is standard for every agreement signed, only charged one time.

I got mine 2 days ago from one of the Digi Centre located at Pandan Indah .. Told by one of the salesperson there, they got new stocks and there are still many 16Gb left!
Anyway, wanna check with the existing Digi IP4 users, kindly advise me on my situation.
I for my phn on the 29th, and used it right away, internet everything. So yest, I wanted to check for my outstanding balance to ensure payment have been received, it kinda shocked me when it shows my unbilled amount is RM1,011 .. I gave DG CS a call and wanted him to check on the amount.. he told me.. those were internet charges, as the idigi88 plan will only be activated on the subsequent day .. what should I do??
*
You should have signed a piece of paper stating not to use internet for 24 hours after activation. Signing this is mandatory for iDigi signups since at least last month. If your appeal is not successful, your worst case scenario is just paying RM149 extra for the internet charges.

so when my first bill coming, how much do i need to pay?
still RM63 or the amount shown in "unbilled"?
*
Unbilled amount does not show calls/sms/mms included in quota, so your bill amount will always be lower than unbilled amount.

guys how do you check your usage for digi ? i mean unbilled balance
*
Simple answer: For iDigi plans, no accurate way to check. (*128*1*1# will not show accurate figures for iDigi plans)

Slightly difficult answer: Refer to first page for a manual way of calculation using Excel.

Hey guys! Gong Xi Fatt Chai!!!

Here I got some question hope you guys can help.

I ported to Digi and got my iPhone on 1st of January, on the iDiGi88 package. So I thought I suppose to have 200 minutes n 200 free sms? As I make phone call each time, I check *128# and can see the unbilled amount goes up.

Now at the end of the month, my outstanding amount is RM176.63! That's more than my bill with Maxis.

Then last time I heard from here Digi will rebate on the bill? Is it?
*
Search back a few pages, it's been mentioned several times that the unbilled function for iDigi plans is not accurate. You can also check your bills with OCS, refer first page of this thread.

Hi there! Thanks for the reply. I know. But I was referring to the free voice call n sms. And what i mentioned was the outstanding payment after 1st month usage of digi. So it cant be inaccurate right?
OCS shows the same amount as my phone.
*
OCS unbilled will show the same amount as unbilled on your phone until your statement date. Then the amount actually due will become the billed amount which will be inclusive of quota usage. Check the bill after it is generated if you have doubts over the amount billed.

I want to ask...

Currently I'm a user of Digi Postpaid 30.
I'm planning to buy an Iphone 4 from Digi with Idigi plan.

What should I do? Cancel the Digi Postpaid 30 or upgrade to Idigi plan?

Thanks!
*
I believe if you want a Digi iPhone on the same number, you must change to iDigi plan, can't continue using your current DG30 plan. But the prices on IDigi plans is much better, so it's not too difficult a decision.

I not sure this has been asked before or not, but this is my 1st month received my bill.

I subscribed for the RM58 iPhone thingy on 01-01-2011.
From my knowledge, the bill should be RM58(because I'm using auto-billing)+6%(tax) = RM61.48. (provided that I didn't over use the calls and sms)

But from my bill, it stated:
- Monthly Fixed Charges ............................... RM88.00
- Call Charges ............................................... RM3.20 (this one I understand because I over used a bit)
- Other Credit & Charges Total (Contract) ... -RM15.00
- Other Credit & Charges Total (Account) .... -RM5.00
- TOTAL CURRENT CHARGES ......................... RM76.67

Anyone here know what's going on?  unsure.gif
*
You didn't list out the full items, which should be RM10 stamp duty. Govt tax is based on RM88 amount.

So but then I'm still very confuse the amount I've paid. (because I'm on Auto-billing)
Is it RM76.67 or RM71.20?

Here's the scanned bill.
