my fren just get her unit from sunway pyramid,limited stock avalible

iOS 4.2 is officially out. I'm not gonna upgarde until someone reported it is safe to do so....

went digi in pyramid today.. they say they only sell iPhone 10am to 7pm.. i went there about 8pm they ask me come back tomorrow.. haiz..

the way i got mine was at queensbay penang, had to be in waiting list, when phone reach will call u up. i waited for about 1 month +

Try syncing the unit with iTunes. It will prompt (either manually or automatically) for iOS4.2 upgrade.

All DiGi-iP hunters, you can check your new phone is iOS 4.1 or 4.2 at Settings > General > About > Version

you must be dreaming man, apple just issued ios4.2.1GM to developers to rectify issues with ios4.2GM, they wont issue half baked OS upgrades to end users.

That is why I was wondering, I pun takdapat noti yo.

ios 4.2 is not release yet...delayed.

They must have withdrawn it yesterday. I did receive the upgrade notification when I sync my unit with iTunes 10.1.0.54. Today when I connect again to iTunes, it says my device is up-to-date (ie iOS 4.1). Sorry for the confusions.

btw any of you have the auto brightness issue ?

mine i set auto, then the brightness adjust middle.. but neither in a dark place or bright place.. its just dimmed..

other than that my ip4 no problem except when charging its superhot.. ive tried my friend ip4 when charging, not that hot, but mine is eventhough ive already cancel everything that is running in background.

meaning it just suddenly dimmed on its own?
mine on the contrary i didn't feel if it got auto dim :/

mine ipon4 got no heat-while-charging issue neither. might have to check your unit.

what i meant was before this i was on iphone 3G, usually when i get to darker place it auto increase the brightness. and when you are in a bright area, it decrease the brightness, but my ip4 doesnt...

the charging.. it only effects certain phones..some may have, some doesnt.

anyone in sunway now? how was the queue?
