My iPhone have some hardware problem but currently I'm in united kingdom.. My iPhone is under Digi contract and expiring on November.. By the time I go back Malaysia my warranty is already expired.. So I'm wondering is it possible I claim it from local apple store in UK? If cannot is there any possible ways.. Thanks a million

You r wrong.. I just gOt the replacement from UK apple store and it just took me 10mins.. Now I'm happy with the set I got

The conversation was simple n the process was easy.. I told them I'm not happy with the home button. After one of the stuff verified the problem.. ( although it was working 3 times out of 5) then he said let's see what can we do now and he ask me to have a seat while he book me for a genius bar stuff.. Basically I didnt tell them where I bought the phone from and they also never ask since they even have my Malaysia adress in their system.. After explaining the data backup thingy i have to sign the genius bar work authourisation form then I got the Phone replaced within 5 mins.. Btw I didn't expect I could change a phone. I just simply try my luck.. N at that time I din even restore my Phone yet.. It's still a jailbreak phone n they dont even bother about that.. How friendly a UK apple store stuff compare to my fellow country malaysia thanks sicklad.. Enjoy jb too.. Or kl for adex?
